My family and our company use this firm and Steve Cocktail. We always use Steve Cockriel for each our construction projects for start to finish. He and his firm best to work with us. He should be super lawyer every year in our experience. If you are thinking to build something and new construction should use from beginning to until occupancy permits and construction close out documents for bank and title companies satisfaction. Best and very responsive service and results on your money.
